Police Arrest Crew Who Were Wakeboarding in Flood Waters

Arrested and cuffed for wakeboarding in a flooded car park.

3 guys were arrested by the Franklin, TN police for wake boarding in a flooded car park.  Recently there has been severe flooding around Tenessee, USA.  As always a couple of local wake boarders were down for a good time, towing each other with their SUV.  The cops were pretty brutal and extremely unreasonable in arresting them.
