As a wakeboarding community we share the love of wakeboarding and wakeskating. Being out on the water doing what we do is a passion we all share and a means to bring us together as one to support a greater cause on World Peace Day, 21st September.This is an opportunity for the young people of today to be involved in the Peace Process and know that Peace can be achieved even if it starts with just one day.
For the 3rd year running Ride for Peace will see a global celebration of wakeboarders getting out there and riding for Peace.In one year this event expanded from a single cable event to an 11 cable event, spanning 7 countries all over the weekend of 21st September. The aim is to raise awareness of the day and celebrate peace with the rest of the world.
With your involvement Ride for Peace will expand to include many other sports where riding is the source. Please get involved and if you are looking for an event near you we will be updating the website (www.rideforpeace.tv) shortly with cables and clubs that are hosting events.
